Sabueso está en fase beta. Es una herramienta de observación de cadenas públicas (Bitcoin y Ethereum): no es asesoramiento financiero, ni auditoría, ni veredicto legal. Apuntarse a la lista de espera no es una compra ni obliga a nada.
Privacidad de la lista de espera
Qué guardamos
Tu correo, la llave que te interesa, tu perfil (si lo eliges), el idioma y la fecha. Nada más: ni tu nombre, ni tu cartera, ni tu IP. La IP solo se usa un momento en memoria para frenar abusos, y los registros técnicos del servidor se borran solos en un máximo de 14 días.
Para qué
Solo para avisarte del lanzamiento de Sabueso y de tu precio de fundador. La base legal es tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD), que puedes retirar cuando quieras.
Cuánto tiempo
Hasta el lanzamiento y, como mucho, 12 meses después. Si no te conviertes en usuario, se borra.
Con quién
Con nadie. Se guarda en un servidor propio alojado en Hetzner Online GmbH (Unión Europea). No usamos cookies ni herramientas de seguimiento; el navegador solo recuerda el idioma que elijas.

Sabueso is in beta. It is a tool for observing public chains (Bitcoin and Ethereum): it is not financial advice, an audit or a legal verdict. Joining the waiting list is not a purchase and commits you to nothing.
Waiting list privacy
What we keep
Your email, the key you are interested in, your profile (if you choose one), your language and the date. Nothing else: not your name, wallet or IP. The IP is only used briefly in memory to stop abuse, and the server's technical logs delete themselves within 14 days.
What for
Only to tell you when Sabueso launches and about your founder price. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
How long
Until launch and, at most, 12 months after. If you don't become a user, it is deleted.
Who else
Nobody. It is kept on our own server hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (European Union). We use no cookies or tracking tools; your browser only remembers the language you choose.
Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@akuabel.com. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
